Willow Grange has a fascinating history, starting back in 1979 when Richard and Rosemary Payne first opened Willow Grange, then known as Coombe Hill. We are proud to be a care home in Greater London, specialising in dementia care.
NURSING CARE FOR ELDERLY PATIENTS
Both Richard and Rosemary took a very hands-on approach to the running of Willow Grange and were loved dearly by staff and residents alike.
Rosemary held the position of matron here for over twenty-five years and was also a qualified nurse, caring for countless numbers of patients over the years.
At Willow Grange, we put our senior residents first in all that we do – and of course, you would expect nothing less. To ensure that we never lose sight of this, we set ourselves high standards; our Residents’ Charter is a declaration of rights that centres on our core values and encompasses fulfilment, dignity, autonomy, individuality and esteem. This means we always know that the needs of each and every resident are met – and exceeded where possible – to help them reach an optimum level of health and well-being.
